TicketFios reserves the right to remove any event from the platform that violates these terms and conditions or that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

 

Organizers are responsible for setting their own ticket prices and may not charge more than the face value of the tickets or add any additional fees without the express written consent of TicketFios.

 

Organizers must comply with all applicable refund and cancellation policies, and are responsible for communicating these policies to their customers.

 

Customers

Customers may use TicketFios to purchase tickets for events listed on the platform. Customers must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing tickets, including their name, address, and payment information.

 

Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of the platform. Customers may not resell tickets purchased on TicketFios for more than the face value of the tickets or add any additional fees without the express written consent of TicketFios.

 

Payment Processing

TicketFios uses third-party payment processors to process all transactions on the platform. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these payment processors.

 

TicketFios is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in payment processing, or for any losses or damages resulting from such errors or inaccuracies.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on TicketFios, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TicketFios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

TicketFios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

 

In no event shall TicketFios' total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the tickets purchased through the platform.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TicketFios and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform.

 

Split Payment Option

TicketFios offers event organizers the option to request split payment for their events, where the ticket selling cost goes to the organizer and the commission transaction goes to TicketFios. This option is only available through the use of Stripe accounts, which will be set up and maintained by TicketFios.

 

By requesting split payment, organizers acknowledge and agree that the ticket selling cost will be deposited into their Stripe account and the commission transaction will be deposited into TicketFios' Stripe account. TicketFios will then transfer the ticket selling cost to the organizer's bank account in periodical manner.

 

Organizers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to split payments and are responsible for ensuring that their use of this option is lawful.

 

TicketFios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the split payment option at any time, without notice or liability to organizers. In the event that the split payment option is terminated, all funds will be transferred to the organizer's bank account in accordance with the terms and conditions of TicketFios.

 

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

TicketFios reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice or liability to users. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.

 

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including any questions regarding their validity, interpretation, or enforceability, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
